I remember when she made up these testimonies. I was living with her then. If I remember right, Melody took the picture for her.
Oh, and in case you are wondering, this is the scripture she referenced. :)
38 And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought:
